Calm Moments turns the most compulsive gesture of the decade into something restful. You scroll a feed of 52 hand-drawn animated scenes — each one drawn in code, not generated — with the occasional quiet line.
Alongside the feed there are real tools: four breathing exercises, a 5-4-3-2-1 grounding exercise, and a calm check-in that reads your pulse from your fingertip through the camera and tunes the app's breathing rhythm to yours.
A light vine grows along the edge of the feed as you use it. There are no streaks and no score, and it never wilts — there is no day you can miss.
